We Confirm The Timing

Walk Off The Ship

- Staying on the island? Tell us your hotel when you book. Pick-up in Las Palmas is included; from the south of the island we build the route from your hotel instead, so message us first.

- The taxi company suggests the best start for your day, usually around 10:00. The roads around Las Palmas are busy between 13:30 and 16:00, so an early start means a calmer tour and a safer return.

- Day bags and cameras are fine. This is a tour, not a transfer, so no suitcases. Need a transfer? Ask us, the same company does them.
- Children are welcome, and child seats are available. Tell us the ages when booking so the right seats are in the vehicle.
- Not wheelchair accessible as standard. Tell us about any mobility needs and we check what is possible.
- The north is greener and cooler, the south is hot and sunny. Comfortable shoes, sun cream, sunglasses and water. A light jacket for Teror and Bandama in winter.

What is the cancellation policy for the Las Palmas port private tour?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time, or 72 hours for groups of 5 or more, with your deposit back in full. Later cancellations lose the deposit and, under 24 hours, part or all of the balance, because a taxi blocked for a cruise day cannot be resold. - The balance is paid to the driver on the day, in cash.
- Availability is confirmed before your booking is final. Club Canary confirms by WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your start time, or 72 hours for groups of 5 or more, by emailing office@clubcanary.com. Your deposit comes back in full.
- 24 to 48 hours before: you lose your full deposit. No exceptions.
- 12 to 24 hours before: you lose your deposit and pay 60% of the remaining balance. We send you a payment link.
- Less than 12 hours before, a no-show, or arriving too late: you lose your deposit and pay the full remaining balance (100%). We send you a payment link.
The Only Exception
- A real doctor or hospital paper that says you cannot take part, dated before the tour or the same morning. It covers the person named on it, not the whole group. For everything else, your travel insurance is the right route; ask us for a written booking confirmation for your claim.
Ship Schedule Changes
- If your ship's arrival or departure time changes, tell us as early as you can and we adjust the plan with the driver where possible.
- If your ship cannot call at Las Palmas at all, message us as soon as you know. You get a full refund of your deposit.
Weather And Route Changes
- Stops depend on weather, road access and time. The driver may change a stop for safety, and an alternative is always offered.
- If the tour cannot run at all, you get a free reschedule or a full refund.
Conduct And Belongings
- Please follow the driver's instructions. Guests behaving unsafely or under the influence may be refused service without a refund.
- The driver is not responsible for belongings left in the vehicle.
