Does the driver speak English?

What is the cancellation policy for the Las Palmas port private tour?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time, or 72 hours for groups of 5 or more, with your deposit back in full. Later cancellations lose the deposit and, under 24 hours, part or all of the balance, because a taxi blocked for a cruise day cannot be resold.
