This is the part people worry about, so let us be direct. The route is planned to finish with a buffer. If a stop runs long, the driver shortens a stop, never the buffer. A private vehicle can turn around in a minute; a coach with fifty people cannot. Your driver knows your ship and your all aboard time, and plans the day backwards from it. The rim of a volcanic crater 200 metres deep, with the panorama over the whole north east of the island and Las Palmas below.

The viewpoints over the dunes, a desert next to the Atlantic, and the coastal scenery that made the south famous.

- Day bags and cameras are fine. This is a tour, not a transfer, so no suitcases. Need a transfer? Ask us, the same company does them.
- Children are welcome; tell us ages when booking so the right seats are in the vehicle.
- Not wheelchair accessible as standard. Tell us about any mobility needs and we check what is possible.
- The north is greener and cooler, the south is hot and sunny. Comfortable shoes, sun cream, sunglasses and water. A light jacket for Teror and Bandama in winter.
- Roads and viewpoints can close in bad weather. The driver adapts the route for safety, and a stop may change on the day.

- The balance is paid to the driver on the day, in cash.

- If your ship's arrival or departure time changes, tell us as early as you can and we adjust the plan with the driver where possible.
- If your ship cannot call at Las Palmas at all, message us as soon as you know. You get a full refund of your deposit.
天气与路线变更
- Stops depend on weather, road access and time. The driver may change a stop for safety, and an alternative is always offered.
- If the tour cannot run at all, you get a free reschedule or a full refund.

- Please follow the driver's instructions. Guests behaving unsafely or under the influence may be refused service without a refund.
- The driver is not responsible for belongings left in the vehicle.

Las Palmas is a big port and a big city, and most cruise guests see the city and nothing else. The island behind it is the surprise: green towns with wooden balconies in the north, a volcano crater you can look into, and in the south a harbour with canals and a desert of dunes next to the sea. A private car gets you to either side and back inside a port day. A coach gets you to one stop and a queue.
We keep it honest: the driver drives and knows the island, he is not a certified guide with a microphone. The stops are generous, half an hour to an hour each, and you explore on foot.
