Departing From Puerto Colon
The trip departs from Gate 3 at Puerto Colon, between Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding. With a maximum of 11 passengers, this eco-certified speedboat is fast and focused on finding marine wildlife. Can you swim and snorkel on the Sea Safari?
Yes. After the whale and dolphin watching, the boat stops in a calm bay such as Palm-Mar or La Caleta, depending on the weather, where you can swim or snorkel. Snorkel masks are provided. Bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. Swimming is optional, so you can simply relax on board if you prefer.
Is the Sea Safari good for families and people who get seasick?
Yes, it suits families, and children from age 3 are welcome. The boat is fast but the sea off the south coast is usually calm. If you get seasick easily, eat a light meal before the trip, avoid alcohol beforehand, and take a travel tablet about 30 minutes before departure. The 2-hour tour is a good choice if you prefer a shorter time on the water.

Crew And Capacity- The crew is multilingual and speaks several languages.
- The tour is capped at 11 participants for a personal, small-group experience.
- To reduce seasickness, do not board on an empty stomach or after alcohol, and consider a travel tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
- Shoes and flip-flops are removed and stored safely until the boat returns.
- Smoking is only permitted at the back of the boat during breaks.
- Meeting point: Costa Adeje, Puerto Colon, Gate 3. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Full directions are on your Club Canary ticket.
- Ample parking is available at Puerto Colon, around 1.20€ per hour.
- The boat returns to the same point, so your return journey is easy to plan.
Please note that wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on board due to space limitations.

- You reserve with a small deposit. You pay the rest on the day, before the boat leaves (cash or card). The deposit is part of the total price.

- ¿Cancelas con menos de 12 horas de antelación, no te presentas o llegas demasiado tarde? Pierdes tu depósito y aún así pagas el resto completo. Te enviamos un enlace de pago.
- Nuestro socio nos cobra el precio completo por sus plazas reservadas de todos modos. Por eso el depósito por sí solo nunca puede cubrir una cancelación tardía.
Weather And Minimum Guests
- This trip depends on safe weather. If it is cancelled for bad weather, you get a new date or a full refund.
- A minimum of 4 guests is needed. If this is not met, you get a new date, another trip, or a full refund.
La única excepción
- La única excepción es un documento real de un médico o un hospital que indique que no puedes participar. Debe tener una fecha anterior al viaje o de la misma mañana. Un documento hecho después del viaje no cuenta. Necesitamos este documento para nuestro socio. No sentirse bien sin este documento no es suficiente para un reembolso. Sabemos que esto es estricto y lo sentimos, pero es la única forma en que podemos protegernos contra las cancelaciones de última hora.
Being On Time
- The boat leaves on time and your places stay reserved. If you miss the boat, you do not get money back. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

- If seasickness happens and the trip has to change, there is no refund. It is worth preparing in advance.
- Any issue on the day must be raised with the captain or manager on board. Club Canary is the ticket seller and is not on the boat, so we cannot judge or refund a situation after the trip.
