• Payment: Be sure to carry cash or a credit card as final payment is required before the tour starts.

• Tour Capacity: This exclusive tour allows a maximum of 11 participants, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience.

Health and Safety Precautions

• Seasickness: To minimize the risk of seasickness, avoid boarding on an empty stomach or after consuming alcohol. Consider taking a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
• Footwear: You will be required to remove shoes and flip-flops, which will be stored safely until the boat’s return.
• Smoking Policy Smoking is permitted only at the back of the boat during breaks, ensuring comfort for all passengers.

Accessibility and Location

• Wheelchair Access: Please note, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard due to space constraints.
• Meeting Point: The adventure begins at Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 3. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time.
• Parking: Ample parking is available at Puerto Colón with an hourly rate of approximately 1.20€.

Return Details

The Sea Safari boat returns to the same location after completing the excursion, making it convenient to plan your return journey.

Feedback and Complaints

If the Tenerife Sea Safari does not meet your expectations, please address your concerns directly with the captain or manager on board. The Club Canary team is not present during the excursion and cannot make judgments regarding potential refunds after the trip has concluded.

Weather and Participant Requirements

• Weather Cancellations: This Sea Safari excursion in Tenerife depends on favorable weather conditions. If a tour is canceled due to hazardous weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• Minimum Participants: The boat trip requires a minimum of 4 participants. If this number isn’t met, you’ll be offered an alternative date or excursion, or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Standard Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your Sea Safari Tenerife trip free of charge up to 24 hours in advance by emailing us at office@clubcanary.com.
• Late Cancellations: If you fail to cancel at least 3 hours before the tour, not only will you forfeit the deposit paid, but you will also incur a penalty of 15€ per person to cover damages as the deposit does not fully cover these costs.
• No-Shows and Late Arrivals: No refunds will be issued for those who do not show up on time or at all on the day of the tour.

Seasickness

If seasickness occurs and necessitates a change in itinerary, refunds will not be provided. It’s advisable to prepare accordingly to minimize discomfort during your journey.
