Will we see whales and dolphins?
The waters off south-west Tenerife are home to resident dolphins and whales, and the fast boat gets you to them quickly, so the chances are genuinely good. They are wild animals, though, so sightings can never be guaranteed. The trip is licensed for responsible watching under the Barco Azul and AROC programs.
Important Information
- Have your Club Canary ticket ready, on your phone or printed, to smooth boarding.
- Carry cash or a card, as the final payment is made before the tour starts.

Crew And Capacity- The crew is multilingual and speaks several languages.

- To reduce seasickness, do not board on an empty stomach or after alcohol, and consider a travel tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
- Shoes and flip-flops are removed and stored safely until the boat returns.
- Smoking is only permitted at the back of the boat during breaks.

- A minimum of 4 participants is required. If this is not met, you are offered an alternative date, another excursion, or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, by email to office@clubcanary.com.
- If you do not cancel at least 3 hours before the tour, you forfeit the deposit and a 15€ per person fee applies, as the deposit does not fully cover the cost.
- No refunds are given for no-shows or late arrivals on the day.
Seasickness
If seasickness occurs and the itinerary has to change, refunds are not provided. It is worth preparing in advance to keep the trip comfortable.
Feedback And Complaints
If the trip does not meet your expectations, please raise it directly with the captain or manager on board. The Club Canary team is not present during the excursion and cannot judge situations or approve refunds after the trip has ended.
