- Depending on the day booked, the boat is either at gate number 10 or gate number 15. Both gate numbers can be found at the end of the harbor near the gasoline station. Not sure at which gate you are expected? Then contact Club Canary via live chat, after you have made your booking.
- You should attend at least 10 minutes before departure time.
- At the front of the gate is staff from Freebird. They will check your ticket possibly take payment and then take you to the catamaran.
- There are spacious parking areas in the port of puerto colón. The hourly rate is approximately 1.20€.

All Freebird Tenerife and Freebird catamaran trips are contingent on safe weather conditions. In the event of hazardous weather, we will offer an alternative date or provide a full refund to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy:
- For individual bookings: Free cancellations or rescheduling up to 48 hours before departure. Please contact us at office@clubcanary.com.
- For groups of 7 or more: Free cancellation up to 4 days in advance.
- For larger groups of 20 or more: Free cancellation up to 7 days in advance.
- Please note: Deposits made through Club Canary to reserve your place do not cover damages in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Late Cancellation Fees:
- If you cancel between 3 and 24 hours before departure, there is an additional fee of 12.50€ per person (50% for children) to compensate for damages.
- For no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations less than 3 hours before departure, a fine of 20€ per person (50% for children) applies. This policy ensures Club Canary can continue to offer bookings with just a deposit without incurring losses.
