Harmonogram: The 3-hour trip departs at 10:00 and the 4.5-hour cruise at 13:15, both from Puerto Colón.
Miesto stretnutia: Gate 10 or Gate 15, always shown on your ticket. Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
Doprava: Choose the paid hotel pick-up (South Tenerife only) or come yourself. Parking is available directly at the harbour for around 1.20€ per hour. Honest truth: there is no secret parking trick, Puerto Colón is busy and paid harbour parking is simply the most reliable choice.
The Atmosphere: A large, spacious boat built for comfort and stability. Expect a lively vibe in high season, and a much more relaxed, roomy feel outside the summer months.

Booking the Freebird Catamaran Tenerife with Club Canary means clear rules and local support. These terms protect the operator, our guests and fair availability.
Deposit a platba
You pay a small deposit to secure your seats, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip directly at the port, by card or cash. The deposit confirms your reservation but does not cover late cancellations, no-shows or penalties charged by the operator.

Individual bookings: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before departure result in loss of the paid deposit.
Groups of 7 or more: free cancellation up to 4 days before departure.
Groups of 20 or more: free cancellation up to 7 days before departure.

Late Cancellation And No-Show Fees

These fees are imposed by the Freebird operator, and they are what allow Club Canary to keep offering deposit-based bookings.

All trips depend on safe sea and weather conditions. If a trip is cancelled for weather or safety reasons, you are offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Responsibility And Complaints
Freebird is a licensed and experienced whale watching operator in Tenerife. Any issues, feedback or complaints must be addressed directly with the Freebird crew on the day of the trip. Club Canary is not present on board and cannot authorise refunds for situations not reported during the excursion.
