It runs daily with a licensed skipper and crew, a swim and snorkel stop, plus sandwiches and drinks (water, soft drinks, beer, white wine and cava) included, with blankets in winter. Book with a deposit and pay the rest on the day; a minimum of 4 guests is needed to run. Children under 13 need an adult. There's a boarding ramp, though wheelchairs can't stay on board during the trip.

Aikataulu & kokouspaikka

Daily departures from Puerto Colón, Costa Adeje.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
Meeting point: Gate 5, Puerto Colón (front of the harbor, behind the parking area).
A Kailani crew member will meet you at the gate and escort you to the boat.

Transport & Parking

Guests arrive independently at Puerto Colón. There are large parking areas available at the harbor, with an approximate cost of 1.20€ per hour. Please avoid alcohol before boarding to reduce the risk of seasickness.

Ryhmäkoko

The Kailani boat tour is limited to a maximum of 11 participants, ensuring a calm, personal, and high-quality whale watching experience. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Onboard Comfort & Rules

Sunbathing areas and shaded seating are available.
Toilet and changing room on board.
Shoes and flip-flops must be removed and stored during the trip.

Ticket & Accessibility

Please bring your Club Canary ticket (digital or printed).
The boat has a wheelchair access ramp, and the crew can assist with boarding.
Due to space limitations, wheelchairs cannot remain on board during the trip.

Eat something light before boarding and avoid alcohol.
If you are sensitive to motion, consider taking a seasickness tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
Bring swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen for the swimming stop.

Peruutus ja aikataulun muuttaminen

Maksuton peruutus tai aikataulun muuttaminen enintään 24 tuntia ennen lähtöä.
Vähintään 5 hengen ryhmävaraukset voidaan peruuttaa ilmaiseksi enintään 48 tuntia etukäteen.
Peruutuksista, jotka tehdään 12-24 tuntia ennen lähtöä (tai 12-48 tuntia ryhmille), peritään 15€ per henkilö.
Alle 12 tuntia ennen lähtöä tehdyistä peruutuksista tai peruuttamatta jättämisistä peritään 30€ per henkilö.

During The Trip

Kiertoajelupäivän myöhästymisestä ei makseta hyvitystä.
Palautuksia ei makseta, jos merisairaus vaikuttaa kokemukseen tai jos kapteeni muuttaa reittiä turvallisuussyistä.
