On a private charter the whole boat is yours for up to 11 guests, with a focus on relaxed time at sea, quality dining and nature.

Informations importantes
- Bring your Club Canary ticket, on your phone or printed. Carry des espèces et une carte for the final payment before boarding. Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera and swimwear. For Los Gigantes and Masca, choose 5 heures ou plus.
- The crew speaks several languages. Maximum 11 invités. There are sunbathing spots and shaded seating. No wheelchair access. You will be asked to remove your shoes, which are stored until you return. Smoking is only at the back.
- Try not to eat in the 2 heures before departure, and if you are prone to seasickness, take a tablet about 30 minutes before.
- Rendez-vous à Puerto Colón, porte 6, in Costa Adeje, at the front of the harbour by the parking area next to the port. Arrive at least 15 minutes avant le départ, et un guide vous accueillera à la porte et vous accompagnera jusqu'au bateau. Le stationnement est aux alentours 1,20 € par heure. Ouvrir dans Google Maps.

- Réservez avec un dépôt and pay the remaining amount on the day, at the port before boarding, with the staff. Please note allergies or food wishes in your order note.
Météo
- Ce voyage privé nécessite du beau temps. S'il est annulé pour des conditions dangereuses, vous bénéficiez d'une nouvelle date ou d'un remboursement intégral.
Annulation
- Annulation ou reprogrammation gratuite jusqu'à 8 jours auparavant, par e-mail office@clubcanary.com.
- Entre 3 and 7 days avant : l'acompte versé en totalité est perdu.
- Dans 72 heures of departure: the deposit is lost, plus a 300€ fee.
- Moins de 5 heures before, or a no-show: the deposit is lost, plus a 600€ fee.
Changements d'horaires et de groupes
- Si vous vous sentez mal ou si vous mettez fin au voyage prématurément, aucun remboursement n'est accordé.
- Si vous êtes en retard, le temps perdu est déduit de votre excursion. Si le bateau part en retard sans que ce soit de votre faute, ce temps est rajouté.
- Vous venez avec plus ou moins de monde ? Contactez-nous jusqu'à 12 heures avant le départ et nous vous rembourserons la différence ou vous enverrons un lien de paiement.
