Deposit And Payment
- Al momento della prenotazione è richiesto un deposito di 20% a garanzia della prenotazione.
- Il saldo rimanente viene pagato alla consegna, al momento del passaggio delle chiavi – si accettano contanti o carta.
- A security deposit of 3000€ is required on delivery, payable by card or cash.
- Il deposito cauzionale viene interamente rimborsato dopo la restituzione dell'auto nelle stesse condizioni.
- Il deposito copre incidenti come multe per eccesso di velocità, chiavi smarrite o danni non coperti dall'assicurazione.
Politica Di Cancellazione
- Cancellazione gratuita fino a 20 giorni prima la data di inizio del noleggio.
- Da 10 a 20 giorni prima: perdita del 50% dell'acconto (pari al 7,51% dell'importo totale della prenotazione).
- Da 5 a 10 giorni prima: perdita dell'intero acconto (15% dell'importo totale della prenotazione).
- Da 1 a 5 giorni prima: perdita dell'intero acconto più 125€ per ogni giorno prenotato (fino a un massimo di 625€).
- In caso di disdetta con meno di 24 ore di preavviso o di mancata presentazione: perdita dell'intero acconto più 250€ per ogni giorno prenotato (fino a un massimo di 1.000€).
- Per cancellare o riprogrammare, inviare un'e-mail a office@clubcanary.com.
