Delivery And Collection
- Free delivery to hotels and specified locations in south Tenerife.

Island Use And Restrictions
- Rental cars are for use on Tenerife only.
- If you plan to travel to another island and your rental is longer than 3 days, contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability.

- Damage caused by improper driving (including drifting) or lost keys is not covered.

Your rental is managed directly by Club Canary. By booking with us, you accept the conditions below. Full terms are also available on our checkout page.
Deposit And Payment
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is paid on delivery when we hand over the keys – cash or card accepted.
- A security deposit of 3000€ is required on delivery, payable by card or cash.
- The security deposit is fully refunded after the car is returned in the same condition.
- The deposit covers incidents such as traffic fines, lost keys, or damages not included in the insurance.
Atcelšanas Noteikumi
- Bezmaksas atcelšana līdz 20 days before the rental start date.
- 10 to 20 days before: loss of 50% of the downpayment (7.5% of the booking total).
- 5 to 10 days before: loss of the full downpayment (15% of the booking total).
- 1 to 5 days before: loss of the full downpayment plus 125€ per day booked (up to 625€).
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: loss of the full downpayment plus 250€ per day booked (up to 1,000€).

- Rentals include unlimited kilometres – explore the island without limits.
