The Maxicat sails three times a day from Puerto Colon, and each trip lasts about 3 valandos. If you have free hotel pickup, you are usually collected around 45 to 60 minutes before departure. Here are the times.

What is the Maxicat cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your trip by emailing office@clubcanary.com. Within 48 hours the deposit is lost, and for a cancellation under 2 hours before, a late arrival or a no-show, the deposit is lost plus a 15€ per person fee. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, you get a full refund or a free reschedule.

- The trip depends on safe sea and weather conditions. If conditions are unsafe, the trip is cancelled and you get a full refund or a free reschedule.
- Only the captain can decide to cancel for weather. This is final and is there for your safety.
- If seasickness affects your experience during the trip, no refund is given. Take a motion-sickness tablet beforehand if you are prone to it.

- Sunset sailings (16:15 to 19:00) run mainly on Wednesdays and Sundays and depend on availability. Always confirm with Club Canary before booking for your chosen date.
