Maxicat Tenerife, The Catamaran Whale Watching Trip From Puerto Colon

The Maxicat is a 21-metre catamaran departing daily from Puerto Colon, Gate 9, in Costa Adeje. It is one of the most economical boat trips in Tenerife, and that is exactly why it is so well loved. You get unlimited drinks, a freshly prepared Canarian lunch, officially licensed whale and dolphin watching, a swim stop, and a multilingual crew who know what they are talking about. All of that for one of the lowest prices on the island.

The boat holds up to 104 passengers. In high season (July to September) it gets busy and the atmosphere is lively and social, a lot of fun if you enjoy that energy. In low season trips are more relaxed and less crowded. No VIP zones, no upgrades, no sun beds, everyone is on the same level and that is part of the charm. Grab a good spot, kick back, and enjoy the Atlantic.
