- Pick your trip length
3.5 hours (889€) for the classic swim-and-slide day, 5 hours (1195€) for more toy time, or 7 hours (1745€) if you want the route toward the Los Gigantes cliffs. Longer trips give the best value per hour.
- Choose your group size
Up to 12 guests for comfort. From 3 guests, a small 10€ per person supplement covers the extra food and drinks. More than 12? Ask us about the bigger boats.
- Pick a departure time
Between 09:00 and 18:00, or choose I am flexible and we match you with the best free slot.
- Pay the deposit online
Only the deposit is paid now (for example 239€ on the 3.5 hour trip). You get fast confirmation from the Club Canary team.
- Pay the rest on board
The balance is paid on boarding day at Puerto Colón, Gate 13. Arrive 15 minutes early with your ticket.
- Slide. Swim. Repeat.

- You reserve with a deposit online. The remaining balance is paid on boarding day.
- Need an invoice? Tell us in advance. The final invoice is provided on the day of the charter.
Annulering
- 5 days or more before departure: free cancellation, your full deposit is refunded.
- Between 3 and 5 days: 50% van uw aanbetaling wordt terugbetaald.
- Between 2 and 3 days: the deposit is not refunded.
- Tussen 24 en 48 uur: the deposit is not refunded, and a penalty of 125€ per booked hour applies.
- Less than 3 hours before departure, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded, and 85% of the arrival balance is charged.
- Why these rules? A private charter blocks the whole yacht, the crew and the food for your group. A late cancellation means the boat sails empty. We only leave out the fuel cost, because charging you for fuel that was never burned would not be fair.
Weer
- Safety first, always. If the captain judges the conditions unsafe, the trip is cancelled and you choose a new date or a full refund.
During The Trip
- Ending the trip early by your own choice, including seasickness, does not give a right to a refund.
- If anything is wrong during the trip, tell the crew immediately so they can fix it on the spot. Refund requests are considered, with the final decision at the captain's discretion.
