• You can find the yacht at Gate 13 in the vibrant Puerto Colón, located in the heart of Costa Adeje. To ensure a smooth start to your adventure, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
• Parking is convenient and available at the port, with a typical hourly rate of around 1.20€. For easy navigation, use Google Maps to help you locate our departure point and get in touch with the Club Canary office if needed.

1. Weather Considerations: The safety of our guests is our highest priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, our captain reserves the right to cancel the trip. Affected guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2. Premature Trip Termination: Our goal is to provide a delightful sailing experience for all. However, if a guest chooses to end their trip early or return due to seasickness, please understand that we are unable to provide a refund.
3. Payment and Billing Procedures: We offer a variety of payment options. Guests can opt to pay the full amount in advance or make a deposit. If an invoice is required, please inform us in advance. The final invoice will be provided on the day of the charter.
4. Immediate Grievances: If any issues arise during your trip, please immediately bring them to the attention of our crew. While we will consider refund requests, decisions are ultimately at the captain’s discretion.

Booking Cancellation Terms:

• Up to 5 days in advance: 100% refund.
• Between 3-5 days: 70% of the amount is refunded.
• Within 1-3 days: 35% of the amount is refunded.
• Less than 24 hours or in case of no-show: No refund will be provided.
