- Choose your group size
Up to 12 guests for comfort. Each guest above 2 adds 10€, added to the balance you pay on board, not to the online deposit. More than 12? Ask us about the bigger boats.
- Pick a departure time
Between 09:00 and 18:00, or choose I am flexible and we match you with the first free slot.
- Pay the deposit online
Pay only the deposit now: 200€ for 3.5 hours, 245€ for 5 hours, or 345€ for 7 hours. You get fast confirmation from the Club Canary team.
- Pay the rest on board
The balance is paid on boarding day at Puerto Colon, Gate 13: 700€, 950€ or 1400€ for the 3.5, 5 or 7 hour trip, plus any extra-guest amount. Arrive 15 minutes early with your ticket.

Should I book 3.5, 5 or 7 hours on the Gulliver?
The 3.5 hour trip (889€) is the classic swim-and-slide day along the Costa Adeje coast. The 5 hour trip (1195€) gives more time for the toys and a longer swim stop. Choose the 7 hour trip (1745€) if you want the route toward the Los Gigantes cliffs. Longer trips give the best value per hour.
Policy
Payment
- You reserve with a deposit online. The remaining balance is paid on boarding day.
- Need an invoice? Tell us in advance. The final invoice is provided on the day of the charter.
Cancellation
- 5 days or more before departure: free cancellation, your full deposit is refunded.
- Between 3 and 5 days: 50% of your deposit is refunded.
- Between 2 and 3 days: the deposit is not refunded.
- Between 24 and 48 hours: the deposit is not refunded, and a penalty of 125€ per booked hour applies.
- Less than 3 hours before departure, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded, and 85% of the arrival balance is charged.
- Why these rules? A private charter blocks the whole yacht, the crew and the food for your group. A late cancellation means the boat sails empty. We only leave out the fuel cost, because charging you for fuel that was never burned would not be fair.
Weather
- Safety first, always. If the captain judges the conditions unsafe, the trip is cancelled and you choose a new date or a full refund.
During The Trip
- Ending the trip early by your own choice, including seasickness, does not give a right to a refund.
- If anything is wrong during the trip, tell the crew immediately so they can fix it on the spot. Refund requests are considered, with the final decision at the captain's discretion.
