Siam Park has exactly two VIP houses, also known as the Siam Park Casa, and they change the whole day. No hunting for sunbeds, no carrying your bags around, no getting tired by midday. You go full energy on the slides with your unlimited fast pass, then disappear back to your own house whenever you want peace.
Each house comes with a private terrace and sunbeds, your own jacuzzi, a private shower, fresh towels, a TV and comfy sofa, a cooling fan, a minibar and a safety deposit box. Add all-inclusive food and drinks across the park, and it is the most complete way to do Siam Park.

Honest talk: with only two houses per day, this is even rarer than the cabanas. Summer, holidays and peak weeks can be fully booked months in advance. Sometimes a date opens again because a guest cancels, and it can disappear again within the hour.
Because VIP availability moves faster than any online agenda, our calendar cannot always show the full real situation. The rule is simple: if you see your date available, act fast. If you do not see it, message us anyway, we check the latest situation and sometimes find options through our contacts. No promises, especially in summer, but checking costs you nothing.

Is The Siam Park House Worth It?
Honest answer: not for everyone. If you want Siam Park as cheaply as possible, a normal ticket is enough. The House is for families who want a calm base on a busy day, groups who want privacy and comfort, birthdays and celebrations, and travelers who simply hate waiting and chaos.
For those people it is the best version of the park that exists: kids run wild on the slides, parents hold the fort at the casita, and everyone gets sunbeds, shade, food and a jacuzzi without fighting anyone for anything.

How Does Food Work At The House?
Simple and generous: your booking includes all-inclusive food at the park restaurants plus soft drinks, water, beer and ice cream. The restaurants sit by the big wave pool, just a few minutes' walk from your door. Grab your tray, walk the tropical path home, and eat on your own terrace, away from everyone. Your minibar keeps drinks cold between rounds.

Thank you for booking your Siam Park House with Club Canary. Once a house is reserved, that date is blocked and cannot be offered to anyone else, so these terms keep things fair for everyone.
Booking And Payment
You secure your house with a deposit, and your booking is confirmed once it is received. The remaining balance is paid before or on the day, depending on your arrangement.
Book a winter date at the summer price? We refund the difference. Our system does not update seasonal prices automatically, so message us first for the current rate or a discount code.

More than 30 days before your visit: 90% refund.
15 to 30 days before: 80% refund.
4 to 15 days before: 70% refund.

House bookings are extremely limited and often fully booked far in advance. Most providers offer no cancellation at all, this is one of the more flexible policies available.
Date changes depend on availability, contact us as early as possible and we check the best option.
Refunds are calculated from the amount paid, excluding payment processing fees or non-refundable supplier costs where applicable.
If one person cannot attend, the rest of the group can still use the house. Sick or facing an emergency? Contact us immediately, we always try to help where possible.

Smoking only in designated areas. Proper swimwear is required on all attractions. Guests under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be refused entry or service. Children must always be supervised by an adult.
