Opera 60 Private Charter, Quick Facts
The Boat Everyone Photographs In Puerto Colón
The Opera 60 is an 18.3-metre rigid inflatable boat with a curved white body and bold red seating, and it simply does not look like the other charter boats in the marina: sportier, lower, more unusual than a traditional yacht shape, which is exactly why people keep pointing phones at it. Two Volvo Penta engines deliver around 740 HP, there is sunny and shaded seating plus a toilet and changing area on board, and a Bluetooth music system may be available for your playlist. Between the stops, the deck turns into a very good floating sun lounge, and with a maximum of 12 guests, nobody ever fights for a cushion.

Deck life, done right ☀️ The famous red cushions during a private swim stop. This is the whole point.
One Price, The Whole Boat
This is a private RIB charter in the true sense: the price covers the boat, not a seat. Bring 2 people or bring 12, the Opera 60 belongs to your group either way, and there is no surcharge for guests 10, 11 or 12. That makes the per-person maths surprisingly friendly for full groups: a 3-hour charter with 12 guests works out around 66€ each, for a private boat with food and drinks included.
Opera 60 Charter Prices
The maths is simple and fair: every hour costs the same, so a longer day never gets more expensive per hour. You reserve with the deposit shown, and the rest is paid on arrival.

4 hours, 1,060€: 180€ deposit online, 880€ on arrival.

Leaving Gate 0, Shoes Off, Drinks Open
Boarding is refreshingly simple: show your ticket at gate 0, shoes come off at the step, and the red cushions are yours. The crew gets the drinks going while the Opera 60 pulls out past the marina wall, and if the Bluetooth system is available, your playlist takes over from there. From the first minute the tone is set: relaxed, social, sorted.

The Crew Comes With Personality, Included
Here is your honest heads-up before booking a private charter here: the Opera 60 crew runs lively, not formal. Exhibit A is Fabrizio, one of the best-known faces around the boat, famous for his humour, his energy and outfits no yacht-club dress code has ever approved. Guests love the man for exactly that. If you are picturing silent white gloves and whispered service, this is not that boat, and we would rather tell you now than surprise you at gate 0. Crew assignments vary by departure, so no individual crew member can be promised, but the personality-forward style is the constant.
Swimming And Snorkelling, When The Ocean Allows
When sea and weather conditions allow, the crew picks a sheltered spot along the coast, the ladder goes down and the Atlantic is yours. Snorkelling equipment is included, and with only your own group on board, nobody is queueing for the ladder. Be realistic about the ocean though: the exact spot, and sometimes whether the stop happens at all, depends on conditions and operational decisions on the day, not on a fixed itinerary.

Your own patch of Atlantic 🌊 Swim stop on a private charter, picked by the crew for the conditions that day.
Food And Drinks, The Standard Package
The Opera 60 follows a mostly fixed onboard format, and honestly, that is what makes it such an easy booking. The included meal is normally chicken with rice, salad and bread, good straightforward boat food rather than fine dining, and the drinks normally include water, soft drinks, beer, white wine, sangria and cava. Menus and exact brands can vary. Simple requests can be written in the order notes and passed to the operator, but they stay requests: extensive catering, drink or itinerary customisation is not this charter's strongest point.

Service included 🥂 The crew keeps glasses filled through the charter. Standard package, zero planning needed.
Wildlife On A Private Charter
The Opera 60 is licensed for whale and dolphin watching, and Tenerife's southwest coast is home water for resident pilot whales, so encounters during your charter are absolutely possible. Two honest rules apply: wildlife is never guaranteed, and when animals do appear, the boat approaches calmly and respectfully, powerful engines or not, those are the rules and the crew follows them. If spotting whales is the main goal rather than the private boat itself, our Tenerife whale watching trips are the more focused way to do it.
Who Should Book The Opera 60
Groups who want a striking private RIB with everything already organised: birthdays, anniversaries, family days and friend groups up to 12 who would rather spend their energy on the day itself than on planning it. If your idea of a great charter is board, cruise, swim, eat, repeat, with a boat that photographs like a poster, the Opera 60 is a very easy yes. It is one of the most booked private boats in Costa Adeje for exactly that reason.
Who Should Choose Another Charter
Be honest with yourself here, it saves everyone a headache. The Opera 60 runs a proven standard package, which means custom chefs, premium spirit selections, cocktail menus, decorations, DJs and detailed route planning are not on the menu. It is also not wheelchair accessible, and it is a lively RIB rather than a silent formal yacht. Nothing wrong with wanting any of that, it just means a different boat fits you better.

The Opera 60 private charter gives one group exclusive use of an 18.3-metre luxury RIB from Puerto Colón, gate 0, in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The whole boat is reserved for up to 12 guests, with crew, a standard food and drinks package and snorkelling equipment included.
Is the price per person or for the whole boat?
For the whole boat. One charter price covers the Opera 60 for up to 12 guests, and there is no surcharge for guests 10, 11 or 12. Whether you bring 2 people or 12, the boat belongs to your group.
How much does the Opera 60 charter cost?
With Club Canary the Opera 60 charter starts at 795€ for 3 hours and runs to 1,590€ for 6 hours, always for the whole boat with up to 12 guests, crew, food and drinks included. The rate per hour stays the same for every duration. Extended 7 to 9 hour charters can be arranged on request, subject to manual operator confirmation.
How does the Club Canary deposit work?
A small deposit reserves your requested charter online, and the remaining balance is paid on arrival or as instructed. The booking becomes final once Club Canary or the operator confirms availability, which normally happens quickly. A local team is available every day on WhatsApp for changes and questions.
Are 7, 8 and 9 hour charters guaranteed?
No. Extended 7 to 9 hour charters are not part of the operator's standard schedule. They are special arrangements available through Club Canary, always subject to manual operator confirmation, and they normally require flexible start times. Treat an extended charter as a request until it is confirmed in writing.
Where does the Opera 60 charter depart?
From Puerto Colón, gate 0, in Costa Adeje, in the south of Tenerife. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure, and bring your ticket plus an identity document from at least one guest. Paid parking is available around the marina.
What food and drinks are included?
The standard onboard package is included: normally chicken with rice, salad and bread, with drinks including water, soft drinks, beer, white wine, sangria and cava. Menus and exact brands can vary. It is good, straightforward boat food, not fine dining.
Can the food or drinks be customised?
Only lightly. The Opera 60 follows a mostly fixed onboard format. Simple requests can be written in the order notes and are passed to the operator, but they remain requests, not guarantees. Allergies must be noted before confirmation. Groups needing extensive custom catering should compare the No Worries yacht instead.
Can guests bring their own drinks?
Bringing your own drinks is not part of the standard Opera 60 package. If this matters for your group, ask Club Canary before booking and we check what is possible with the operator for your date.
Is whale watching included in the private charter?
The Opera 60 is licensed for whale and dolphin watching, and encounters along Tenerife's southwest coast are possible during a private charter. Sightings are never guaranteed, and around wildlife the boat always cruises calmly and respectfully, as the rules require.
Is swimming and snorkelling included?
Yes, when sea and weather conditions allow. The crew picks a sheltered spot along the coast, the ladder goes down and snorkelling equipment is included for the whole group. The exact spot depends on the conditions of the day.
Can we choose the exact route?
No. The route and stops depend on the charter duration, sea and weather conditions, wildlife activity and operational decisions by the crew. Route preferences can be mentioned in the order notes as requests, but the final call always stays with the captain.
Is the Opera 60 good for birthdays and celebrations?
Yes, it is one of the most booked private boats in Costa Adeje for birthdays, anniversaries and group days: striking boat, easy booking, everything organised. Note that decorations, DJs and custom party setups are not offered. Groups wanting a fully tailored celebration should compare the No Worries yacht.
Is there a toilet on board the Opera 60?
Yes, the Opera 60 has a toilet and a changing area, plus sunny and shaded seating. Shoes are removed on boarding and stored until return. The boat is not wheelchair accessible, and boarding involves steps and movement between the dock and the boat.
What should guests bring on the charter?
Your booking ticket, digital or printed, an identity card or passport from at least one guest, swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and a light layer, because it can feel cooler at sea. Eat lightly before departure and go easy on alcohol beforehand.
What happens if guests arrive late?
Time lost to guest lateness is deducted from the charter, and the boat is not required to extend the trip. Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. If a delay is caused by the operator instead, the lost time is restored where operationally possible.
Can guests cancel the Opera 60 charter?
Yes, free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 10 days before departure through Club Canary. After that, the deposit is lost. If the charter is cancelled for unsafe weather, you choose between rescheduling or a full refund. Seasickness, ending the trip early or a lack of wildlife sightings do not qualify for refunds.
Is Fabrizio always on board?
No. Fabrizio is better known from the shared Opera 60 trips and is often associated with the boat, but crew assignments vary by departure and no individual crew member can be guaranteed on a private charter.
Are the Opera 60 photographs recent?
Some Opera 60 photographs were taken earlier in the boat's Tenerife operations. The boat remains an active and instantly recognisable charter boat, but minor visual details and normal signs of use can change over time on a frequently used vessel.
What is the difference between Opera 60 and No Worries?
The Opera 60 is a striking 18.3-metre private RIB with a proven standard package: fixed food and drinks, easy booking, great for groups who want zero planning. The No Worries yacht offers more flexibility: adaptable catering and drinks, water toys including a slide, and days planned around specific celebration details. Club Canary sells both and honestly advises which fits your group.

Special diets and drink requests are passed on as requests and remain subject to availability, and preparation free of cross-contamination cannot be promised unless specifically confirmed. Честное Мнение Club Canary
Настоящие новости от вашей местной команды на Канарских островах
The Opera 60 is the easiest private boat booking in Tenerife: one price for the whole boat, crew, food, drinks and snorkel gear already sorted, and a flat per-hour rate that rewards longer days. Add the fact that it is probably the most photographed charter boat in Puerto Colón, and the value for a full group of 12 is genuinely hard to beat.
We will be straight with you: this is not the customisation boat. If your day needs decorations, specific menus or water toys, the No Worries yacht is the better fit and we say so happily. But if you want to book, board and enjoy a striking RIB with a proven package, stop overthinking it, this is the one, and the good dates go fast.
One deposit, one famous RIB, twelve of your favourite people. Easy.
