Meeting Point, Transport & What to Bring
- The charter departs from Prístav Puerto Rico (see the map). Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the confirmed departure time. Final meeting instructions are sent after your booking is accepted.
- Private transport can be arranged from the main tourist areas of Gran Canaria. The price depends on your hotel location and group size. Enter your hotel name when booking and Club Canary will send the available option and price after checking the route.
- Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and a light layer. Soft bags are easier on board than hard cases.
- This charter is priced by private group size, not by adult and child tickets, so everyone in the group is counted the same way.
- The captain may adjust the route, swim stop or programme for safety and sea conditions. Please follow the crew's instructions at all times. Late arrival can reduce the time on the water.

Booking & Confirmation
- Every charter is a request subject to final availability. Your request is confirmed only after Club Canary checks the catamaran, crew and final programme for your selected date.
Deposit & Balance
- You reserve your date with a deposit that forms part of the total price, confirmed at the time of booking. The remaining balance is normally due 40 days before departure. For bookings made less than 40 days before the trip, we confirm the payment schedule with you first.
Zrušenie
- More than 14 days before departure: free cancellation or rescheduling.
- 8 to 14 days before: 50% refund of the deposit.
- 7 days or less before: deposit is non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: no refund.

- If the captain or operator cancels because conditions are unsafe, we offer rescheduling or a full refund. If a trip ends early for weather or safety reasons, Club Canary reviews the circumstances with the operator and arranges a suitable solution. There is no refund for guests who choose to stop early for seasickness or personal reasons.
