Pick-up and drop-off may not always be included in the price. When possible, we offer it free or for a small extra charge, especially when your accommodation is close to Puerto Rico Harbour.

Deposit & Payment

• Book your private catamaran Gran Canaria tour with a small deposit, it’s part of your total amount.
• The remaining balance is paid on the day of your trip, directly to the captain or onboard crew.
• The deposit guarantees your reservation and boat availability but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation & Refunds

• More than 14 days’ notice: Cancel or reschedule for free. Email office@clubcanary.com.
• 8–14 days’ notice: Eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 7 days’ notice: The deposit is non-refundable.
• Less than 4 days’ notice: An additional fee of 100€ per charter hour may apply.
• No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Weather & Safety Policy

• The private catamaran Gran Canaria trips depend on good weather and safe sea conditions.
• If the captain or Club Canary decides to cancel due to unsafe conditions, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• If conditions change during the trip and the captain must return early for safety, you’ll be offered a new date or a fair refund, no extra fees.
• No refunds are provided for early termination due to personal reasons (e.g., seasickness or wanting to end early).

Timing & Conduct

• Please arrive on time for your Gran Canaria private boat hire. Lost time due to tardiness will be deducted from your trip duration.
• If the delay is caused by the crew or the vessel, your trip will be extended to compensate.
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety instructions at all times.

Special Requests & Customization

• Extra decorations, custom catering, or celebration setups can be arranged for an additional fee.

• Club Canary acts as your booking agent, while the catamaran team operates the onboard services and experience.
