Schema och mötesplats

Start time depends on your selected slot. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
Meeting point: Puerto Colón marina, Costa Adeje, Pantalan 3.
After check-in, the staff gives a short safety briefing and driving explanation.

Transport & Options

Guests come directly to Puerto Colón by their own transport. No pick-up is included. The boat is self-drive, so no captain is provided. A responsible driver aged 18+ is required.

Churri 1 is ideal for couples and small groups. Maximum capacity is 5 passengers. Your booking is private, meaning only your group participates.

Ticket & Preparation

Bring your Club Canary confirmation (digital or printed).
The driver must bring a valid ID or passport.
Recommended: swimwear, towel, sunscreen, light jacket, and water.
If you are prone to seasickness, take a tablet 30 minutes before departure.

Deposit & Policy

You book with a deposit. The remaining balance is paid on arrival (cash or card, cash preferred). Deposits secure your slot, but do not cover last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Please review the policy below.

Deposit & Betalning

Avbokning och omplanering

Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 72 hours before your slot by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
Avbokningar mellan 24 och 72 timmar före avresan återbetalas inte (depositionen går förlorad).
Mindre än 24 timmar före avresan eller utebliven ankomst: en avgift på 35% av ankomstavgiften (exklusive bränsle) kan debiteras.
Om du anländer sent dras de förlorade minuterna av från din hyrestid.

Ansvar Och Beteende

Föraren måste vara minst 18 år gammal och uppvisa giltig legitimation eller pass.
Föraren måste alltid vara nykter. Alkoholkonsumtion av föraren är strängt förbjuden. Eventuella böter är gruppens ansvar.
Gästerna måste följa säkerhetsgenomgången och respektera lokala sjöfartsregler.
Om du avbryter resan i förtid på grund av sjösjuka eller eget val kan ingen återbetalning göras.

Marine Life Protection

Det är förbjudet att närma sig eller simma nära valar och delfiner.
Eventuella böter från kustbevakningen på grund av störande djurliv är helt och hållet hyrestagarens ansvar.
