Important Information

Schedule & Meeting Point

Start time depends on your selected slot. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
Meeting point: Puerto Colón marina, Costa Adeje, Pantalan 3.
After check-in, the staff gives a short safety briefing and driving explanation.

Transport & Options

Guests come directly to Puerto Colón by their own transport. No pick-up is included. The boat is self-drive, so no captain is provided. A responsible driver aged 18+ is required.

Group Size

Churri 1 is ideal for couples and small groups. Maximum capacity is 5 passengers. Your booking is private, meaning only your group participates.

Languages

The briefing and support are available in English and Spanish. If you prefer English, please mention it at check-in.

Ticket & Preparation

Bring your Club Canary confirmation (digital or printed).
The driver must bring a valid ID or passport.
Recommended: swimwear, towel, sunscreen, light jacket, and water.
If you are prone to seasickness, take a tablet 30 minutes before departure.

Deposit & Policy

You book with a deposit. The remaining balance is paid on arrival (cash or card, cash preferred). Deposits secure your slot, but do not cover last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Please review the policy below.

Weather Conditions

The activity operates only if sea and weather conditions are safe.
If conditions are unsafe, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 72 hours before your slot by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours before departure are not refundable (deposit is lost).
Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: a fee of 35% of the arrival payment (excluding fuel) may be charged.
If you arrive late, the lost minutes are deducted from your rental time.

Responsibility & Conduct

The driver must be at least 18 years old and present a valid ID or passport.
The driver must remain sober at all times. Alcohol consumption by the driver is strictly forbidden. Any fines are the responsibility of the group.
Guests must follow the safety briefing and respect local maritime rules.
If you end the trip early due to seasickness or personal choice, no refund can be issued.

Marine Life Protection

Approaching or swimming near whales and dolphins is forbidden.
Any fines from the coast guard due to disturbing wildlife are fully the responsibility of the renter.
