This is a guided hiking experience in Tenerife with professional local guides and organised transport. Below are the key details to keep your day smooth and stress-free.

• The remaining balance is paid before the tour starts and should be prepared in 现金.

📍 Pick-up in Tenerife:
• Pick-up and drop-off are included from accommodations in South Tenerife.
• Please enter your correct hotel name when booking.
• If staying in private accommodation, select the nearest hotel for a clear pick-up point.

🥾 Clothing, Shoes & What to Bring:
• Wear comfortable sports or hiking shoes.
• Bring suitable clothing depending on weather conditions (jacket or long pants if needed).
• Sun protection (hat, sunscreen) is recommended.
• Bring water and snacks for the hike.

🛒 Before the Hike:
• There may be a short stop at a supermarket before the hike begins.
• You can buy food such as sandwiches at your own expense.

💪 Fitness & Age:
• A basic level of fitness is required (e.g. walking uphill or stairs).
• The hikes are not extreme but require moderate physical ability.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• If you slow down the group significantly or decide to stop during the hike, no refund will be provided.
• The guide will always prioritise the safety and flow of the group.

• You may cancel or reschedule the hiking tour free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
• Requests must be sent via email to office@clubcanary.com.
• If you do not cancel in time or are not present on the day, no refund will be provided.

On-the-Day Responsibility

• The Club Canary team is not present during the hike.
• Any complaints or issues must be reported directly to the hiking guide.
• The guide and the hiking company will review and handle the situation.
