Annuller mindre end 12 timer før, or do not show up, and the full price is still due. Not the deposit, the whole amount.
That is not us being awkward. Every buggy you book is taken off the road and held in your name, and our local partner charges us for it whether you arrive or not. Full terms are in the Politik section below, and we apply them as written.

- Running late? Call us straight away. If the guide can still fit you in we will try. We cannot help once the tour has left.
- Hotel pickup is included for 2-seat buggies, and 10€ per buggy for 4-seat buggies. Give us your hotel name, not an address.
- No security deposit, the buggies are fully insured.
- You do not need to cancel the whole booking. If one person drops out, the rest of the group can still go, and we would much rather you did.
- Need fewer buggies than you booked? Tell us as early as possible. Inside the late windows an unused buggy still counts, because it was held for you.

Deposit & betaling

- The balance is paid at the base before the tour starts, cash or card.

- Bring your original licence or a clear digital copy. Without it you cannot drive, and that counts as a no-show.
- No alcohol or drugs before driving. Anyone unfit to drive safely is turned away with no refund.
Gratis afbestilling
- 1 or 2 buggies: cancel or reschedule free up to 48 timer before your tour. Your deposit is refunded in full.
- 3 or more buggies: fri op til 96 timer before, which is 4 days.
- Send cancellations to office@clubcanary.com or message us on WhatsApp. The time we receive it is what counts.
Når din gratis prøveperiode udløber
- 24 to 48 hours before (48 to 96 hours for 3 or more buggies): you lose the deposit. Nothing further is charged.
- 12 to 24 hours before (24 to 48 hours for 3 or more buggies): you lose the deposit and pay 80€ per booked buggy.
- Less than 12 hours before (less than 24 hours for 3 or more buggies), a no-show, or arriving too late to start: you lose the deposit and pay the fuld restsaldo of your booking.
- Where money is still owed we send a payment link. This is the balance of a booking you made, not an extra fee.
Why The Late Terms Are Firm
- This is not Club Canary being difficult. Every buggy you book is taken off the road and reserved in your name, and our local partner charges us for it whether you arrive or not.
- Nobody else can take that buggy at short notice, so a late cancellation is a buggy standing still that we are already paying for.
- That is exactly why the deposit is small. You hold your buggies for a fraction of the price, and in return the late terms have to be real.
Someone In Your Group Cannot Come
- You do not need to cancel the whole booking. If one person falls ill or drops out, the rest of the group can still go, and we would always rather you did than lose the whole day.
- Booked more buggies than you now need? Tell us as early as you can. Inside the late windows above an unused buggy still counts, because it was still held for you.
- Running late on the day? Call us immediately. If the guide can still fit you in, we will try. We cannot help with a phone call after the tour has left.
Changing Your Date
- Inside your free window, moving to another date is free and easy, subject to availability.
- Once the free window has closed, a date change is treated as a cancellation under the terms above.
Vejret
- Tours depend on safe weather. If the tour is cancelled by the operator for hazardous weather, you choose a new date or a fuld tilbagebetaling. You never lose money when the operator cancels.
Adfærd og ansvar

What is the cancellation policy for the Xclusive buggy tour?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your tour and your deposit is refunded in full. Booking 3 or more buggies? Every window is doubled, so free cancellation runs up to 96 timer før.
After that: 24 to 48 hours before, you lose the deposit and nothing more. 12 to 24 hours before, you lose the deposit and pay 80€ per booked buggy. Less than 12 hours before, a no-show or arriving too late to start, you lose the deposit and pay the full remaining balance.
The reason is simple. Each buggy is taken off the road and held in your name, and the operator charges Club Canary for it whether you arrive or not. That is also why the deposit is small, so you hold your buggies cheaply and the late terms stay real.
Is the Xclusive buggy tour an off-road tour?
No. This is a scenic sightseeing drive on normal roads, from Playa Paraiso through the hills, villages and coast of Guia de Isora. There is no off-road driving, no dirt tracks and no mud.
Club Canary says this clearly because it matters. If you are picturing a dusty off-road adventure, this is not that tour, and a refund cannot be given on that basis once you have booked.
What you do get is big views, old Canarian villages like Chirche and Vera de Erques, the coast at Playa San Juan and Alcala, and a maximum of 4 buggies so it never feels like a convoy.
What happens if someone in our group cannot come?
You do not need to cancel the whole booking. If one person falls ill or drops out, the rest of the group can still go, and we would much rather you did than lose the whole day.
If that means you need fewer buggies, tell Club Canary as early as you can and we will adjust where we still can. Inside the late cancellation windows the unused buggy still counts, because it was held in your name and the operator charges for it.

Who can drive the buggy, and can children join?

Passengers are welcome from 7 år. The tour is not suitable for pregnant women. Closed shoes are required for everyone, so no flip-flops.
A 2-seat buggy fits up to 2 people and a 4-seat buggy up to 4, at one fixed price whatever the group size in that buggy. Club Canary runs a maximum of 4 buggies per tour, so it stays a small group.
Where does the Xclusive buggy tour start, and is hotel pickup included?
Turen starter kl. Playa Paraiso, Tenerife, with free parking at the base. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your departure time. Tours leave at 09:00, 14:00 og 19:00, and the sunset departure is the one that fills first.
Hotel pickup is included for 2-seat buggies og 10€ per buggy for 4-seat buggies. Tell Club Canary your hotel name when you book, not an address.
You pay a small deposit online and the balance at the base before the tour starts, by cash or card. The buggies are fully insured and no security deposit is taken.
