Important Buggy Tour Info

• What to Bring: Your Club Canary ticket (digital or printed)
• A valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 years old and have held a license for 2 years)
• Cash or credit card to complete the remaining payment before the tour starts
• Participants: Maximum 4 buggies per tour – small group for a premium experience
• Passengers allowed from 7 years and up
• Not suitable for pregnant women
• What to Wear: Comfortable clothing and closed shoes (no flip-flops) Clothes may get dusty or dirty
• Bring a jacket or extra layer, as temperatures can drop in the mountains
• Additional Info: No security deposit required – the buggies are fully insured
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure
• Meeting Point Location: Playa Paraíso, Tenerife

Driver Requirements

• All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
• You must bring your original license or a clear digital copy to participate.

Weather Policy

• Tours depend on safe weather conditions.
• If cancelled due to hazardous weather, you will be offered a new date or a full refund of your deposit.

Conduct & Safety Rules

• Anyone arriving under the influence of alcohol or displaying disrespectful behavior will be turned away without a refund.
• Our tours are designed to be fun, safe, and respectful to nature. Please follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Club Canary offers a flexible booking system with low deposits. Please respect the following cancellation terms:

Standard Cancellation

• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours in advance (up to 3 buggies).
• 4–5 buggies: Free changes up to 72 hours in advance.
• 6+ buggies: Free changes up to 96 hours in advance.

Partial Refunds

• Cancel 24–48 hours before the tour: Receive 40% refund of your deposit (up to 3 buggies).
• 4–5 buggies: Partial refund applies only if cancelled 48–72 hours in advance.
• 6+ buggies: Partial refund applies if cancelled 72–96 hours in advance.

Late Cancellation Fines

• Cancel 12–24 hours before the tour: Deposit is lost + 30€ fine per buggy.
• Cancel less than 12 hours before or no-show: Deposit is lost + 60€ fine per buggy.

These policies are in place to protect availability and ensure fairness for all customers and partners.

Complaints & Responsibility

If you have any issue or concern during your tour, it must be addressed directly with the buggy provider on the same day. Club Canary does not operate the tours directly and is not present during the experience. We act solely as the booking platform. This means Club Canary is not responsible for refunds, incidents, or compensation once the activity begins.

We kindly ask for your understanding that requests for refunds or complaints based on the absence of off-road driving cannot be accommodated. Thank you for following the rules and helping us keep the adventure enjoyable and safe for everyone!
