  • Your Club Canary ticket (digital or printed).
  • A valid driver's licence (drivers must be 21+ and have held it for 2 years).
  • Cash or card for the balance before the tour starts.

  • Comfortable clothing and closed shoes (no flip-flops). Clothes may get dusty.
  • Bring a jacket or extra layer, as it can be cooler in the mountains.

  • No security deposit, the buggies are fully insured. Hotel pickup is included for 2-seat buggies, and 10€ per buggy for 4-seat buggies.

Driver Requirements

  • All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid licence for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Bring your original licence or a clear digital copy to take part.

Cancellation & Refunds

A flexible booking system with low deposits. The terms scale with how many buggies you book:

Free Cancellation
  • Up to 3 buggies: free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before.
  • 4 to 5 buggies: free changes up to 72 hours before. 6+ buggies: up to 96 hours before.

Partial Refund
  • Up to 3 buggies: cancel 24 to 48 hours before for a 40% deposit refund.
  • 4 to 5 buggies: partial refund if cancelled 48 to 72 hours before. 6+ buggies: 72 to 96 hours before.
Late Cancellation
  • 12 to 24 hours before: deposit lost plus a 30€ fine per buggy.
  • Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: deposit lost plus a 60€ fine per buggy.

Weather

  • Tours depend on safe weather. If cancelled for hazardous weather, you get a new date or a full refund of your deposit.

Conduct & Responsibility

  • Anyone arriving under the influence of alcohol, or behaving disrespectfully, is turned away without a refund. Please follow the guide's instructions at all times.
  • Any issue must be raised with the buggy provider on the same day. Club Canary is the booking platform and is not present during the tour, so it is not responsible for refunds or incidents once the activity begins.

One Honest Note

These buggy tours are sightseeing only and do not include off-road driving. We kindly ask that refund requests based on the absence of off-road driving cannot be accommodated, as this is clearly a scenic tour. Thanks for helping us keep it enjoyable and safe for everyone.
