Deposit & Paiement
- To confirm your Medieval Night Tenerife booking with Club Canary, you pay a 10€ deposit per person.
- The deposit counts toward your total. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the show.
- Please keep your ticket ready on your phone (or printed) when you arrive at Castillo San Miguel Tenerife.
Schedule & Language
- Show days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
- Doors open: 18:15 (Royal welcome around 18:30). Show starts at 19:00 and ends around 21:30.
- The San Miguel Castle Tenerife medieval show is mainly performed in English.
Optional Pick-Up / Bus Transfer
- Optional pick-up is available for some areas and is paid on the bus (not included in the ticket price).
- Pick-up price: 15€ per adult and 10€ per child.
- Puerto de la Cruz pick-up: Saturdays only.

- If you miss the bus transfer or do not show up, a 50% transfer charge may still apply because an extra bus and driver are reserved. We will send a payment link if needed.
Annulation et reprogrammation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the show start time.
- If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, the deposit is not refundable.
- In busy periods, late cancellation or no-show can also trigger a penalty because seats are held and the show may lose places:
10€ per adult and 5€ per child. - In low season, when the show is not busy, this penalty may not be applied. However, the deposit will still be lost within 24 hours.
- If something serious happens and you cannot make it, we can usually offer a one-time reschedule (subject to availability). Contact us as soon as possible.

- There are many free parking options in front of Castillo San Miguel.

- If you are staying in Puerto de la Cruz, driving is possible but it is a longer journey. Public transport is not recommended because the castle is in a remote area.
