Politique de réservation et d'annulation pour le ski nautique
Club Canary simplifie la réservation de votre aventure water skiing avec un simple dépôt. Toutefois, afin de garantir l'équité pour tous, notre politique d'annulation est la suivante :
- Annulation gratuite : Available up to 48 hours before departure for groups of 1-4 persons. For groups of 5 or more and private charters, cancellation must be made 72 hours prior.
- Deposit Loss: If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled time, groups of 1-4 will lose the deposit. The same applies for groups of 5+ and charters, but from 24 to 72 hours before departure.
- Frais d'annulation tardive : Cancelling less than 24 hours before your trip incurs a fee of 25€ per person, or 50€ per hour for charters.
- Very Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel less than 2 hours before, or fail to show up, a fee of 40€ per person or 80€ per hour for charters applies.
