How Many Guests, Really
The Freebird Gold is licensed for up to 180 guests, but we will always be honest about comfort. For a relaxed day where everyone can sit, move and chat, around 100 guests is the sweet spot, and 60 to 70 feels genuinely spacious, which is lovely for a more private family or company day with the sofas and deck space to yourself. You can push to 180 in peak season, but it gets busy, so we say that up front rather than after you book.

The boat almost always has another trip after yours, and there is not enough time for a deep clean between charters. So no broken glass, no mess, and respectful groups only. A private morning charter is honestly one of the nicest ways to see the coast, spot whales and relax with your group, just kept classy. Drug use on board is not allowed, and the captain has full authority at all times.
Standard Times And Custom Durations

We can arrange longer, but because the boat runs a second trip on most days, a custom charter needs to be around 7 heures ou plus, not 5 or 6, so the crew has time to reset for the next trip. Shorter custom lengths usually are not possible. Departures are typically 10:00 or 13:30, or tell us you are flexible and we will pick the right slot.
Food And Customization
Food and drinks are included: soft drinks, beer and wine, with sandwiches on the 3-hour charter and catering across the full 4.5-hour charter. We will be straight with you, the standard catering is decent rather than fine dining. The upside is that it is flexible: upgraded catering, better drinks, light entertainment such as a DJ, adjusted routes and tailored schedules can all be arranged with us after booking, always in line with the boat's guidelines.

Politique D’Annulation
- 25 or more days before departure: free cancellation or rescheduling.
- 24 to 12 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 12 days: no refund.
- Less than 4 days: an additional penalty of 150€ per charter hour may apply.
- No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or early termination requested by the group.
Responsibility, Safety And Conduct
- The boat is operated by a licensed professional crew, and the captain has full authority at all times.
