Booking with Club Canary is a no-brainer because we handle the planning, coordination, and details properly, including backup options when needed.

Each trip includes basic soft drinks, beer, and wine, plus sandwiches on the 3-hour charter. On the 4.5-hour charter, drinks are included for the full duration. Any upgrades or extras are discussed and customised after booking.

Pricing, Deposit & Payment

• The price for hiring the Freebird Gold catamaran in Tenerife depends on the month, day, duration, and group size.
• Optional services such as pick-up and drop-off, upgraded catering, onboard entertainment, or custom routing may affect the final price.
• Prices shown online are indicative. Booking without first confirming availability with Club Canary may result in a small price adjustment.
• For company outings and corporate charters, a deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance can be paid closer to the event.
• All Club Canary prices include IGIC. No hidden costs.

Availability & Scheduling

• The Freebird Gold is a premium catamaran that also operates daily regular trips. It does not focus exclusively on private charters.
• Because of this, the online agenda is not always up to date and often cannot reflect real-time availability.
• Most company outing dates need to be booked 6–8 weeks in advance, especially during high season.
• Always contact Club Canary first so we can confirm availability, secure your preferred date, and avoid misunderstandings.

Cancellation Policy

• 25+ days before departure: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
• 24–12 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 12 days: No refund.
• Less than 4 days: An additional penalty of 150€ per charter hour may apply.
• No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or early termination requested by the client.

Responsibility, Safety & Conduct

• The Freebird Gold is operated by a licensed professional crew. The captain has full authority at all times.
• Guests must behave respectfully. This is an elegant catamaran used for regular family-friendly trips.
• If a group becomes uncontrollable, aggressive, or unsafe, the captain has the right to end the trip immediately without refund.
• Drug use on board is strictly prohibited. If drugs are found or used, the captain may stop the charter and contact local authorities.
• Club Canary is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on board.

Weather & External Factors

• All boat excursions are weather-dependent.
• If the captain considers conditions unsafe, the trip may be cancelled or adjusted.
• In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund at no extra cost.

Customization & Special Requests

• Every Freebird Gold company outing can be customized.
• Options include special catering, premium drinks, entertainment, adjusted routes, or tailored schedules.
• All custom requests must be discussed and approved in advance with Club Canary.
• After booking, we send a short questionnaire to align expectations and create the right program.
