Les visites d'îles privées se déroulent dans une Renault Traffic, qui dispose de 8 sièges. La voiture est nettoyée après chaque tour et le prix du carburant est inclus dans le voyage. La climatisation peut être réglée comme vous le souhaitez et la musique de votre choix peut également être diffusée.
En fonction du jour réservé et de la disponibilité, il arrive que les visites d'îles privées pour les groupes de moins de 4 personnes se déroulent dans une nouvelle voiture de luxe.

- N'oubliez pas votre billet Club Canary. Vous pouvez l'avoir sur votre téléphone ou l'imprimer.
- Veuillez vous assurer que vous avez de l'argent liquide ou une carte de débit sur vous pour payer le montant restant. Le paiement sera effectué à l'embarquement dans le mini van. Le paiement par PayPal est également accepté.
- Il s'agit d'une visite privée, le guide est à votre disposition et peut s'arrêter pour des pauses toilettes ou cigarettes quand vous le souhaitez. Il est interdit de fumer dans le mini-bus lui-même.
- Malheureusement, le van n'est pas adapté aux fauteuils roulants. Cependant, vous pouvez emporter un fauteuil roulant pliant. Le guide peut bien sûr vous aider si nécessaire lors de l'embarquement et du débarquement.
- Le guide privé connaît les meilleurs restaurants/bars le long du chemin. Vous êtes toujours libre de communiquer quand vous voulez vous arrêter pour manger ou boire quelque chose.
- Le petit circuit dure environ 6 heures. Le circuit avec Teide inclus dure environ 8 heures.
- Apportez des vêtements chauds, au cas où. Parfois, la température peut être un peu plus froide à différents endroits de l'île.
- Indiquez votre hôtel ou celui qui se trouve à proximité. Si vous ne logez pas dans un hôtel, vous pouvez indiquer le nom de votre rue.
- Prendre le téléphérique Teide est possible lorsque vous choisissez le circuit long, mais faites-nous savoir à l'avance si vous le souhaitez. Vous devez réserver les billets à l'avance. Le coût du téléphérique est à votre charge.
- La collecte dans toute la partie sud de Tenerife est gratuite. L'enlèvement dans Los Gigantes coûte un supplément de 40€ à l'arrivée. L'enlèvement à Puerto de la Cruz est possible mais il y aura des frais supplémentaires en fonction de la taille de votre groupe à partir de +60€ à l'arrivée.
