This experience depends on favourable weather. If it is cancelled due to dangerous conditions, you are offered an alternative date or a full refund. Only the yacht's captain has the authority to make weather-related decisions.
Annulation et report
- You may cancel or reschedule for free up to 8 jours in advance, by email to office@clubcanary.com.
- Annuler less than 8 days avant le départ : a 40% restitution.
- Annuler between 24 and 96 hours avant le départ : a Remboursement 25%.
- Annuler within 24 hours of departure: no refund. This also applies if you fall ill or end the trip early, though depending on the circumstances our yachting team is willing to discuss the situation and try to find a solution.
