Overview
Deposit
This is the amount you pay to reserve your Paladio charter date. The deposit, in this case, is a portion of the total amount to be paid and therefore will not be returned after the activity.
Arrival
The remaining amount to be paid is noted as Arrival. You will pay this four days before departure time. This can be done in cash or via card.
Your paid down payment, and the amount to be paid on arriving, will be listed on your E-ticket that you will receive after you place your order.

Paladio yacht to La Gomera information
- Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
- What is APA? Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a lump sum payment that covers all of your on board expenses during your yacht charter. While your charter fees include the hire of the yacht, the crew and the yacht’s insurance, all other expenses are in addition to the charter fee and these are APA costs.
- Pack your swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.
- The crew of this boat speaks several languages.
- A maximum of 10 participants (8 adults and 2 children) can join the private trip. This is to ensure greater comfort during the journey.
- On the yacht, there are sunbathing spots and sitting areas in the shade.
- The yacht is not accessible for people in a wheelchair.
- Smoking is allowed only at the back of the boat.
- In addition, with Paladio it is also possible to go by yacht to other Canary Islands.
Paladio meeting point
- Meeting point: Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón. Gate 0.
- You should attend at least 15 minutes before departure time.
- There are spacious parking areas in the port of puerto colón. The hourly rate is approximately 1.20€.
- Open the location on google maps, find here the departure location and the office of Club Canary.
- If you come to the departure point by yourself and want to use the drop-off service afterwards, indicate it on the order note.
Paladio boat to La Gomera policy
- This experience requires good weather. If it is canceled due to dangerous weather conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund. Only the captain of Paladio will be able to make a decision on this assessment.
- You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 8 days in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com. If you cancel less than 8 days in advance you will lose your paid deposit.
- You will be contacted 4 days before the departure date to pay the remaining amount.
- If you cancel between 24 and 96 hours before departure, you will lose a 75% of the second payment.
- If you cancel 24 hours before departure, you will lose the entire amount paid. This also applies if you get sick or want to end the trip early. Depending on the situation, the yachting team is willing to listen to you and possibly find a solution.
- If you get sick or want to end the trip earlier, you won’t get refunded.
- For special dining wishes, or if you want to rent the boat for a longer period feel free to contact us.
- However, the charterer accepts that the use of the private yacht and water toys on board is entirely at his/her own risk and agrees not to hold the owner, charterer, agent, captain or crew responsible for any damage, expenses, loss, accident or even death that may occur during the use of the said yacht/toy.
- Water sports activities such as jet skis, fly boarding and a banana boat can be arranged during the boat trip for an additional cost.
