This experience depends on favorable weather. If canceled due to dangerous weather conditions, you'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Only the yacht's captain has the authority to make weather-related decisions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your trip for free up to 8 days in advance. Please email us at office@clubcanary.com with your request.
- If you cancel less than 8 days before departure, you will receive a 40% refund.
- For cancellations made between 24 and 96 hours before departure, a 25% refund will be provided.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of departure, no refund will be issued. This policy also applies if you fall ill or wish to end the trip early. However, depending on the circumstances, our yachting team is willing to discuss your situation and potentially find a solution.
