Weather & Participant Conditions

Weather Dependency: This excursion requires good weather. If canceled due to hazardous conditions, you are entitled to choose another date or receive a full refund.
Participant Minimum: The Skyline boat trip requires at least 4 participants. If this number isn't met, you will be offered an alternative date or excursion or a full refund.

Atcelšanas Noteikumi

Advance Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 24 hours in advance. Please send your cancellation or rescheduling request to office@clubcanary.com.
Late Cancellation: If you fail to cancel within the 24-hour window or are late on the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
Seasickness: No refunds will be issued if seasickness necessitates a change in the itinerary by the captain.

Onboard Issues

Staff Presence: Club Canary staff will not be present during the excursion. Any issues or concerns should be directly addressed with the Skyline crew on the day of the trip.
