- Footwear: Shoes and flip-flops must be removed and will be stored until the boat's return.
- Accessibility: Please note that wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard due to space limitations.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only at the back of the boat to ensure the comfort of all passengers.
- Meeting Point: Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 2, located at the front of the harbor near the coffee bars.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Guide Assistance: A guide will meet you in front of the gate and escort you to the boat.
- Parking: Spacious parking is available at Puerto Colón, with an hourly rate of approximately 1.20€.

- Weather Dependency: This excursion requires good weather. If canceled due to hazardous conditions, you are entitled to choose another date or receive a full refund.
- Participant Minimum: The Skyline boat trip requires at least 4 participants. If this number isn't met, you will be offered an alternative date or excursion or a full refund.
Annuleringsbeleid
- Advance Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 24 hours in advance. Please send your cancellation or rescheduling request to office@clubcanary.com.
- Late Cancellation: If you fail to cancel within the 24-hour window or are late on the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
- Seasickness: No refunds will be issued if seasickness necessitates a change in the itinerary by the captain.
Onboard Issues
- Staff Presence: Club Canary staff will not be present during the excursion. Any issues or concerns should be directly addressed with the Skyline crew on the day of the trip.
