Skyline Boat Trip Tenerife Information

Ticket and Payment:

• Ticket Requirement: Don’t forget to bring your Club Canary ticket, available on your phone or as a printed copy.
• Payment: Please carry some cash for the final payment before the tour starts.

Preparation and Boarding:

• Packing List: Remember to pack swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
• Pre-Boarding Advice: Eat beforehand and avoid alcohol to minimize the risk of seasickness. It’s advisable to take a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.

Onboard Amenities:

• Comfort: Enjoy sunbathing spots and shaded sitting areas on the boat.
• Facilities: The boat is equipped with a toilet and a changing room.
• Footwear: Shoes and flip-flops must be removed and will be stored until the boat’s return.
• Accessibility: Please note that wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard due to space limitations.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only at the back of the boat to ensure the comfort of all passengers.

Meeting Location and Parking:

• Meeting Point: Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 2, located at the front of the harbor near the coffee bars.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Guide Assistance: A guide will meet you in front of the gate and escort you to the boat.
• Parking: Spacious parking is available at Puerto Colón, with an hourly rate of approximately 1.20€.

Skyline Boat Trip Tenerife Policy

Weather and Participant Conditions:

• Weather Dependency: This excursion requires good weather. If canceled due to hazardous conditions, you are entitled to choose another date or receive a full refund.
• Participant Minimum: The Skyline boat trip requires at least 4 participants. If this number isn’t met, you will be offered an alternative date or excursion or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy:

• Advance Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 24 hours in advance. Please send your cancellation or rescheduling request to office@clubcanary.com.
• Late Cancellation: If you fail to cancel within the 24-hour window or are late on the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
• Seasickness: No refunds will be issued if seasickness necessitates a change in the itinerary by the captain.

Onboard Issues:

• Staff Presence: Club Canary staff will not be present during the excursion. Any issues or concerns should be directly addressed with the Skyline crew on the day of the trip.
