Good To Know Before You Go
- Bring your Club Canary ticket, on your phone or printed, and your ID or NIE for the residents price. Have cash or a card for the balance before boarding. Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel and swimwear.
- Space for up to 11 people, with sunbathing spots, shaded seating and a toilet on board. Shoes are stored on boarding and returned at the end. Smoking is only at the back. Not wheelchair accessible.
- Board with something light in your stomach, but do not overeat, and go easy on dairy and alcohol beforehand. If you get seasick, take a tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
- Meet at Puerto Colón in Costa Adeje. Choose your departure time when you book, and the crew will meet you at the harbour. Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Parking is around 1.20€ per hour. The exact map pin is on your e-ticket.
Booking And Cancellation Policy
Weather
- This trip depends on good weather. If it is cancelled for unsafe conditions, you get a new date or a full refund.
After Your Free Window Closes
- You cancel after your free window, but more than 24 hours before? You lose your deposit. You pay nothing more.
- You cancel between 12 and 24 hours before? You lose your deposit, and you still pay 80% of the rest. We send you a payment link.
- You cancel less than 12 hours before, you do not show up, or you arrive too late? You lose your deposit, and you still pay the full rest (100%). We send you a payment link.
- Our partner reserves and charges us for your place either way, so the deposit alone can never cover a late cancellation or no-show.
The Only Exception
- The only exception is a real doctor or hospital paper that says you cannot join, dated before the activity or the same morning. Feeling unwell without it is not enough for a refund. We know this is strict, and we are sorry, but it is the only way we can protect against last-minute cancellations.
Cancellation
- Cancel or reschedule for free up to 3 days before, by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
- Cancelling later, or a no-show, means the deposit is lost.
Timing And Early Return
- If you feel unwell or end the trip early, no refund is given.
- If you are late, the lost time comes off your trip. If the boat leaves late through no fault of yours, that time is added back on.
On The Day And Dietary
- Any concerns on the day should be raised directly with the boat crew, as Club Canary is not on board.
