Skyline Charter Information

1. Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
2. Make sure you carry some cash or a credit card with you, as the Skyline boat trip requires final payment before it begins.
3. Take suncream, sunglasses, camera, swimwear.
4. The crew of this boat speaks several languages.
5. A maximum of 11 participants can join the Skyline private trip.
6. On the boat, there are sunbathing spots and sitting areas in the shade.
7. You will be asked to take your shoes off. Shoes and flip-flops will remain stored until the boat’s return to the port.
8. Don’t board with an empty stomach, but don’t overeat before boarding either. Try to avoid dairy products and alcohol before the trip.
9. It is advisable to take a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
10. Smoking is allowed only at the back of the boat.
11. The boat trip is not accessible to people in wheelchairs.
12. There is a toilet on the boat.

Skyline Charters Puerto Colón

1. Meeting point: Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 2. This is at the front of the harbor (in front of the coffee bars).
2. You should attend at least 10 minutes before departure time.
3. The Skyline guide will pick you up in front of the gate, and then escort you to the boat.
4. There are spacious parking areas in the port of Puerto Colón. The hourly rate is approximately 1.20€.

Skyline Charters Tenerife Policy

• Weather Policy: This experience is weather-dependent. If cancelled due to hazardous conditions, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your Skyline private boat trip free of charge up to 3 days before departure. Please email your request to office@clubcanary.com. Failure to cancel in time or a no-show will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No Early Termination Refunds: If you choose to end your trip early or if you become ill, refunds will not be issued.
• Tardiness: If you arrive late, the time will be deducted from your scheduled trip. If the boat departs late due to reasons beyond your control, the lost time will be compensated.
• Feedback and Complaints: Any complaints or issues should be directly addressed to the Skyline crew during the trip as Club Canary staff are not present on the boat to assess the situation.
• Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any allergies or specific dietary preferences in the order note when booking your trip.
