- Bring your Club Canary ticket, on your phone or printed, and your ID or NIE for the residents price. Have en espèces ou par carte for the balance before boarding. Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel and swimwear.
- Espace pour un maximum de 11 people, with sunbathing spots, shaded seating and a toilet on board. Shoes are stored on boarding and returned at the end. Smoking is only at the back. Not wheelchair accessible.
- Board with something light in your stomach, but do not overeat, and go easy on dairy and alcohol beforehand. If you get seasick, take a tablet about 30 minutes before departure.

- You cancel less than 12 hours before, you do not show up, or you arrive too late? You lose your deposit, and you still pay the full rest (100%). We send you a payment link.
- Our partner reserves and charges us for your place either way, so the deposit alone can never cover a late cancellation or no-show.
La Seule Exception
- The only exception is a real doctor or hospital paper that says you cannot join, dated before the activity or the same morning. Feeling unwell without it is not enough for a refund. We know this is strict, and we are sorry, but it is the only way we can protect against last-minute cancellations.
Annulation

Timing And Early Return
