Een persoon boekt voor de groep en betaalt een kleine aanbetaling. De rest wordt op de dag betaald, zoals bij alle Club Canary reizen. Grotere privéboten vragen om een hoger bedrag aan aanbetaling, wat we u uitleggen voordat u uw bevestiging geeft. Alles staat schriftelijk vast, er zijn geen verrassingen in de haven.

Boats, karts and tables are reserved for your exact number, so the final headcount is confirmed seven days before and is what you pay for. Changes before that deadline are normally free. Twelve booked and eight showing up on the day is not a refund, which is why we ask early.

Yes, within the free cancellation window of each activity, shown before you pay. Most day activities cancel free up to 24 or 48 hours before. Private boats have their own windows. A cancellation one hour before the start counts as a no-show.

Drinks on the boat, yes. Drinks before jet skis, quads or buggies, no. Instructors can refuse anyone who is clearly unfit to ride, without refund, for everyone's safety. Plan the action in the morning and the drinks after, that is how the good weekends go.
