Cruise Guests: How It Works From Arrecife
Pick-up is outside the cruise port, not beside the ship. Once we know where your ship docks, we send you the exact meeting point and the walk to it.

- A real doctor or hospital paper that says you cannot take part, dated before the tour or the same morning. It covers the person named on it, not the whole group. For everything else, your travel insurance is the right route; ask us for a written booking confirmation for your claim.

- Give your ship name and all aboard time when booking. We confirm with the operator that the regular departure fits your hours before your booking is final; if it does not fit, we tell you and refund the deposit.
- If your ship cannot call at Arrecife at all, message us as soon as you know and your deposit comes back in full.
- Pick-up is outside the cruise port, at a meeting point we confirm once we know where your ship docks. Please be there on time; the convoy cannot wait.
Weather, Roads And Route Changes
- The route follows the stops described when weather, road and safety conditions allow. The operator may change the order, replace a stop or skip one for safety, road closures, events or authority restrictions; that is not a cancellation and does not give a right to a refund.
- If the tour cannot run at all, you choose another date or a full refund. You never lose money when the operator cancels.

- Follow the driver-guide's instructions. The driver may adjust or end the trip for safety. Not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
- Any issue must be raised with the driver on the day. Club Canary is not on site and cannot process complaints or refunds after the tour.

This is the tour we would send our own parents on. A minivan with eight seats and air conditioning, a local driver who talks when there is something to say, and every famous corner of Lanzarote in one day, from the salt flats in the south to the view over La Graciosa in the north. No fifty seat coach, no waiting for stragglers.
Cruise guests, read the timing: the regular tour runs to 16:45, which is later than most ships allow. The operator has run a shortened version for ships before, with pick-up outside the port around 08:35 and return by 16:00, and we confirm exactly that with your ship's hours before your booking is final. If it does not fit, we tell you, and the deposit comes back.
