We want to start your journey to the north seamlessly. Below are the estimated pick-up times for the Santa Cruz, La Laguna, and Anaga excursion. Please note that exact timings are finalized based on the total number of bookings.

- Los Gigantes, Alcalá & Callao Salvaje： 07:05 – 07:20
- Costa Adeje & Playa Paraiso： 07:40 – 08:10

Booking & Deposit Charges

• Club Canary uses a deposit to secure your spot; this does not cover losses for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• For cancellations 12-24 hours before the trip: A fee of 60% of the arrival fee (penalty) applies, doubling for groups of 4+.
• For no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours: Full arrival fee is due as the spot cannot be refilled.
• By booking, you accept these terms. Non-compliance may result in a fraud claim or legal action for larger groups.

• Pay attention to return times after each stop.
• Late returnees risk missing the bus with no refunds.

• Last-minute cancellations incur significant charges.
• Those paying in full upfront forfeit the entire amount if canceling outside the free period.
