• 付款： Confirm your booking with a small deposit online. The remaining balance is paid in cash directly to your guide on the evening of the tour.
• 保暖衣物 Both the private stargazing tour Tenerife and the late night version take place high in Teide National Park, so it can get cold. Warm jackets, gloves, and hats are provided, but extra layers are still strongly recommended.
• 日落与夜间温度对比： On the Private Stargazing + Sunset experience, it may still feel warm at first while the sun is out, then temperatures can drop quickly after sunset, so layered clothing is best. The Late Night Private Stargazing Experience is often a little colder from the beginning, but the temperature is usually more stable throughout the trip.
• 食物和饮料 The Private Stargazing + Sunset experience includes a more complete picnic-style setup with premium tapas and drinks, creating a very special private dining moment in Teide. The late night stargazing Tenerife option includes a lighter setup with snacks, cakes, local fruit, desserts, and drinks such as wine, cava, beer, and soft drinks.
• Hot Drinks (Late Night Only): Coffee and tea are only available on the Late Night Private Stargazing Experience. Please mention your preference in the order notes during checkout so the guide can prepare this for you.
• 天文摄影（夜间重点）： The late night version is often a bit more focused on the stars themselves and can allow more attention for astrophotography. Free photos are included, making this a great extra for couples and guests looking for a more magical private date night Tenerife stargazing experience.
• Pick-Up Areas: Complimentary pick-up is available in South Tenerife. Pick-up from Puerto de la Cruz and other remote or further north locations is possible for an extra 150€ round trip, but only for the Private Stargazing + Sunset experience.
• 偏远地区接送附加费： Guests staying in remote areas can still book directly online without asking us first, but the additional 150€ north/remote pick-up supplement will still apply and must be paid on arrival. This is mentioned clearly on the page to avoid misunderstandings later.
• 夜间接送规则： North Tenerife and remote-area pick-up is not available for the Late Night Private Stargazing Experience. This is because the guide often operates another tour beforehand, so longer routes would create timing issues.
• 休息时间 As this is a private experience, the guide can adjust stops when needed. There is much more flexibility than on a standard group tour.

Deposit 和付款

• To secure your private stargazing Tenerife tour, only a 50% deposit is required at booking.

取消与退款政策

• 可免费取消或重新安排时间，最长至 7 天前 your trip.

改期政策

• Rescheduling requests are treated as a courtesy and are not guaranteed, especially during high season.
• If a booking is rescheduled after the free cancellation period, the original cancellation rights are no longer valid.
• Rescheduling cannot be used as a way to regain free cancellation after the deadline has passed.
