Deposit & Paiement
- When booking the Tigresa Yacht Tenerife with Club Canary, you only pay a small deposit to secure your private charter.
- The deposit is deducted from the total charter price.
- The remaining balance is settled before departure on the day of the trip, as confirmed in your booking details.

Annulation et reprogrammation
- For Tigresa yacht charters up to 8 hours, free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 8 days before departure.
- For charters longer than 8 hours, the free cancellation window extends to 12 days before departure.
- Cancellations made after the free period result in loss of the deposit.
- No refunds are issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
- If a guest becomes ill close to departure, contact Club Canary immediately, we always try to help where possible.
