Your Choice And The Vibe

• This is an 18+ party at sea with alcohol and a lively crowd. You choose to join it, and by booking you accept that.
• It is a party, so other guests may drink a lot, be loud, or come in big groups, and the crowd is different every week. We cannot control or promise the vibe, the music, or how other people behave.
• If you want a calm, quiet trip, this is not the right one. Take a look at a relaxed boat trip instead, just ask us and we will point you to one.

Meteo e Condizioni

• La festa in barca Utopia dipende dalle condizioni del mare. Se il capitano annulla a causa del maltempo, è possibile riprogrammare o ottenere un rimborso completo.
• Minor weather changes (like light wind or clouds) do not qualify for refunds, the party continues as long as it is safe to sail.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

• Cancellazione gratuita fino a 7 giorni prima dell'evento per i singoli.
• Gruppi di oltre 10 persone: cancellazione gratuita fino a 12 giorni prima.
• Gruppi di oltre 20 persone: cancellazione gratuita fino a 16 giorni prima.
• Tutte le richieste di cancellazione devono essere inviate via e-mail a office@clubcanary.com.
• Missed boats or late arrivals are non-refundable, as the Puerto Colón party boat departs on time and cannot wait.

Time And Attendance

• The Utopia boat party schedule changes by season. Double-check your ticket and email confirmation.
• Arrive at the Black Pearl Bar 30 to 45 minutes early. That is where you check in and get your physical boarding ticket.
• Be careful with clock changes and seasonal time shifts. "I forgot" or "I thought it was later" are not valid refund reasons.
• Oversleeping, a hangover, running late, or simply missing the boat are not valid reasons for a refund. The boat leaves on time, cannot wait, and there are no exceptions.

Boarding, Alcohol And Conduct

• Have fun and drink, but pace yourself. For everyone's safety, the crew can refuse boarding or remove any guest who is too intoxicated or behaving badly, with no refund.
• Heavy drinking is fine. Violence, harassment, or risky behaviour is not, and Spanish authorities take safety seriously.
• Aggressive or disrespectful guests can be removed at sea with no refund. If you come as a large group, especially all-male groups, please behave. The coast guard will not hesitate to step in if needed.

Other Guests Are Not Our Responsibility

• Club Canary is the booking agent, not the operator. The party is run by the boat operator and their crew, who are responsible for the boat and everything on board.
• We are not responsible for the behaviour of other guests. If someone is unfriendly, too drunk, or causes trouble, the crew and, if needed, the authorities handle it on board.
• The crowd is public and changes every week, so we cannot promise who else will be on your boat. Booking is at your own choice.

Seasickness And Changes

• If you get seasick, it is unfortunate but not refundable. Bring motion tablets if needed.
• If the captain must adjust the route for safety, no refund is given, it is still considered a completed trip.

Complaints And Assistance

• Any issues must be reported to the Utopia boat staff on the same day. Club Canary staff are not onboard and cannot judge events afterward.
