The responsibility is yours to ensure you're at the right place at the right time for the return journey. Typically, buses leave at 17:00 from the front of Siam Park. However, exact details and any changes will be mentioned by the driver or guide before you disembark at Siam Park. If you miss the return transfer, it's on you.
If You Miss The Bus
Sorry if you missed the bus. Our buses are popular and almost always full. When someone doesn't show up, we lost a spot that someone else could have had. But don't lose hope! If you miss the bus, talk to us. We can try to book you for another day. If that's not an option, you can always take a taxi or Uber to Siam Park.
A favor to remember: If you head to Siam Park on your own, please inform us. We'll do our best to let the bus company know so you might be able to catch the return bus at 17:00. Remember, this is a courtesy from us to you. If you approach us with kindness, we'll go the extra mile to make it happen. However, if later you have complaints about the bus driver or guide and seek a refund, please understand that we won't accept such claims, as this was a favor extended to assist you.
