Cancellation And Refunds

- Groups of 5 to 9 people must cancel at least 4 days before. Groups of 10 or more need 7 days notice.
- Cancel later than this, arrive late, or miss the bus, and the booking is fully charged with no refund.
- This tour is operated with a trusted local partner who receives the ticket funds directly, so any refund must first be approved by them.
- Claims such as the bus never came are only accepted if the operator confirms it. All buses have GPS tracking, so arrival and waiting times can be checked.

- If the operator decides the tour cannot run for safety reasons, you are offered a new date or a refund.
- The decision to cancel for weather always belongs to the local operator, not to Club Canary or the guests.
