- Clouds, wind, lower temperatures or a less perfect sky are part of nature. As long as the operator decides the tour can run safely, it goes ahead and no refund is given.
- If the operator decides the tour cannot run for safety reasons, you are offered a new date or a refund.
- The decision to cancel for weather always belongs to the local operator, not to Club Canary or the guests.
