• At the moment we only accept bookings for minimum 2 paying adults. Solo traveller bookings are not possible for this night sky tour Tenerife.
• After payment you receive a Club Canary ticket by email with your exact pickup point and time. Please check all details carefully and contact us if something looks wrong.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour for standard bookings (up to 4 people).
• Groups of 5–9 people must cancel at least 4 days before. Groups of 10+ need 7 days notice.
• If you cancel later than this, arrive late, or miss the bus, the booking is fully charged and no refund is due.
• This tour is operated together with our trusted partner A.J. Servitur. As they receive the ticket funds directly, any refund must first be approved by them.
• Claims such as “the bus never came” are only accepted if the supplier confirms it. All buses have GPS tracking so arrival and waiting times can be checked.

• Clouds, wind, lower temperatures, or a less “perfect” sky are part of nature. As long as the supplier decides the tour can run safely, the trip goes ahead and no refund is given.
• If the guide or A.J. Servitur decide that the Puerto de la Cruz Teide stargazing excursion cannot operate for safety reasons, you will be offered a new date or a refund.
• The decision to cancel for weather always belongs to the local operator, not to Club Canary or the clients.
