Teide Night

1. Remember Your Club Canary Ticket: Have your Club Canary ticket ready on your phone or in printed form.
2. Bring Cash for Remaining Payment: Don't forget to carry cash with you for the remaining amount. You'll pay this when you get on the bus.
3. Dress Comfortably, But Pack Warm Clothes:  Wear something comfortable for the trip, but bring a bag with warmer clothes. El Teide can be chilly in the evening, so you might want to change after dinner at the restaurant.
4. Check the Weather Ahead of Time: Visit this website to check the temperature for the day at Teide mid 2000 meters, not 3718 meters. It'll help you dress appropriately.
5. No Stops on the Way to El Teide: Please note that there will be no stopovers during the journey to El Teide.
6. Bus Seating is First Come, First Serve: Seats on the bus can't be reserved, so arrive early if you have a preference.
7. No Toilet or Wheelchair Access on the Bus: The bus doesn't have a toilet or access for wheelchair users. Please plan accordingly.
8. Smoking Rules: You can have a smoke break during the 1st stop in El Teide's national park, but smoking is not allowed in the restaurant. You can go outside if you need to smoke.
9. Confirm Your Health Conditions: Make sure to consult with your doctor if you have any health issues that might affect your ability to participate in the tour, especially considering the high altitude and physical nature of some activities.
10. Don't Miss the Bus – Be On Time! The bus is equipped with trackers, and if you miss it, there are no refunds. When clients are late, everyone else has to wait, which can delay the entire tour. Please avoid causing this inconvenience to yourself and fellow travelers. Check the pick-up time and location, and be there with time to spare. At Club Canary, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Weather-Dependent Experience: The Teide by Night tour requires good weather. If the tour is cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund. Only the astronomer can make this call. If such a situation arises, you will be informed at least 2 hours before the tour begins. Unless you're contacted, assume that the tour will proceed as usual. You don't need to contact Club Canary for confirmation.
2. Dining Experience: While we pride ourselves on the pleasant dining experience during the tour, it's essential to remember that it's not a luxury fine dining experience. Club Canary isn't responsible if it doesn't meet your expectations, and we don't offer refunds based on this.
3. Large Group Bookings: For groups of 6 or more, the free cancellation policy extends to 5 days in advance. For groups of 14 or more, this extends further to 10 days.
4. Cancellation Request: You can cancel or reschedule the tour for free up to 48 hours in advance. Send us your request by email at office@clubcanary.com.
5. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you don't cancel on time or aren't present at the designated pickup location on the day of the tour, we cannot offer a refund.
6. Post-Trip Complaints: If the tour doesn't meet your expectations, please address this with the Teide by Night organization on the same day. Club Canary can't offer refunds after you have taken the trip.

This policy exists for clear communication and understanding between Club Canary and our customers, covering situations like weather issues or cancellations. It ensures smoother tour operations and a positive customer experience.
