- Good news: even if you miss the tour, you still keep your All Inclusive wristband, your reserved show seats, and all the food and drinks. You only miss the tour itself.
- If anything is unclear on the day, it is always best to speak with the Loro Parque team at the entrance. They are very helpful and will explain how everything works.
Reserved Show Seats
- Your ticket includes reserved seats with the best views at each main show.
- On very busy days it can rarely happen that a reserved seat is already taken. This is not normally the case, but if it does happen it is managed by the park and is outside Club Canary’s control. Please be understanding.
Welcome Cap
- The official cap is a welcome gift. If you would rather not take one, that is totally fine, but there is no discount or money back for skipping it.
