• Location: Av. Loro Parque, s/n, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
• Opening Hours: 09:30 to 17:30.
• Parking: Available at Loro Parque (parking fee not included with the Loro Parque diamond ticket).
• Transport: If you are staying in the south (Costa Adeje or Playa de las Américas), you can add an express bus transfer from the south during your booking.

Loro Parque Premium Tickets Policy

• Feeding animals inside Loro Parque is strictly prohibited unless you have direct permission from a Loro Parque staff member.
• Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult throughout your visit.
• To join the Discovery Tour included with your loro parque diamond ticket, you must arrive at Loro Parque by 09:30.
  Missing the tour means no refund, and a second tour is not guaranteed.
• Even if you miss the Loro Parque premium tour, you can still enjoy the reserved VIP seating at the shows and your lunch at Loro Parque Brunellis.
• Lunch at Brunelli’s Steakhouse is normally served around 12:00. However, the exact time can vary. Please confirm the schedule with Loro Parque staff upon arrival.
• The standard Discovery Tour languages are English, Spanish, and German.
• Tours in Dutch, Polish, Russian, French, or Italian are not guaranteed. If you prefer one of these languages, please mention it in the order notes. We will do our best to arrange it, but availability is limited.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel more than 6 days before your visit and receive a 95% refund (5% covers transaction costs).
• Cancel between 2 and 6 days before your visit and receive a 50% refund.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before your visit and unfortunately no refund is possible.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Club Canary at office@clubcanary.com. Refunds are processed strictly according to these terms.
