If you miss the 09:30 start, it is normally not possible to join the tour later, and no refund is given for the missed tour.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancel more than 6 days before your visit: 95% refund (5% covers transaction costs).
- Cancel between 2 and 6 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before: no refund possible.
- No refund for no-shows or for missing the guided tour.
- If someone in your group cannot attend, the rest can still join without issue.
The Guided Tour & Arrival
- You must arrive by 09:30 to join the guided tour. It runs on a fixed schedule and cannot be joined later.
- If you arrive late and miss the tour, there is no refund for it. This includes cases where your own transport, a taxi or a transfer runs late, that part is outside our control.
- Good news: even if you miss the tour, you still keep your All Inclusive wristband, your reserved show seats, and all the food and drinks. You only miss the tour itself.
- If anything is unclear on the day, it is always best to speak with the Loro Parque team at the entrance. They are very helpful and will explain how everything works.
Reserved Show Seats
- Your ticket includes reserved seats with the best views at each main show.
- On very busy days it can rarely happen that a reserved seat is already taken. This is not normally the case, but if it does happen it is managed by the park and is outside Club Canary's control. Please be understanding.
Welcome Cap
- The official cap is a welcome gift. If you would rather not take one, that is totally fine, but there is no discount or money back for skipping it.
