- Don’t forget your Club Canary ticket; keep it on your phone or in print.
- Remember to wear swimwear, bring a towel, and use sunscreen.
- Our jet ski crew is multilingual.
- Only 4 jet skis can join this trip.
- Try not to eat within 2 hours of jet skiing.
- Kids under 16 must have an adult with them.
- From age 16, you can jet ski in Lanzarote with parental/guardian permission.
- Be prepared to remove your shoes; they’ll go in a storage box at the harbor.
- You have the choice to wear a wetsuit or not.
- Not recommended for pregnant individuals.
Jet Ski Hire in Puerto del Carmen – Meeting
- Meeting point: Puerto del Carmen.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
- Your guide will meet you at the gate and take you to the jet skis.
- Open the location on google maps, find here the departure location.
- If you come on your own and need the drop-off service, mention it in your order notes.
Jet Ski Hire Lanzarote Policy
- If your chosen time or day isn’t available, we’ll contact you to find a solution; otherwise, you receive a full refund.
- Jet ski safaris depend on good weather. If canceled due to bad weather, you’ll get a new date or a full refund.
- Need to change or cancel? You can do so up to 2 days before the trip with no extra charges; reach out to us at office@clubcanary.com.
- For cancellations within 1-2 days, your deposit will be retained.
- Cancellations within 24 hours incur an additional fee of 50% of the balance, and your deposit is forfeited.
- If you’re under 24, remember to bring your ID; it’s essential.
- No refund if you don’t cancel or show up late on the tour day.
- Customers who arrive drunk or cause disruptions won’t be allowed and won’t receive a refund.
